Our team of experienced, expert facilitators can deliver your solutions at your premises or ours, to a schedule that suits your specific business needs. Our business experience allows us to bring content to life with real examples of how our techniques can be implemented. We can also serve as “overflow” resources to supplement your team for large projects or where your internal resources are prioritised elsewhere.

Most of the core programs from which our tailored solutions are drawn, are available for client delivery with no formal accreditation. We give you some consulting time when you purchase the Facilitator Resources, just to help get you started and to share some of the “tricks” we’ve learned. Where accreditation is required, we can discuss a range of approaches with you, to make that happen.
DELIVERY FORMATS
Face-to-face
Conversations happen between people, and the most powerful way to develop the skillset and mindset of effective conversation is to practice it with your colleagues. Our face to face workshops, like all of our content, is designed for high engagement and high learning transfer.
Virtual, Instructor Led
For a range of operational reasons, sometimes face to face training isn’t practical. Our virtual, instructor-led training programs have been created by experts in the field to be engaging and rich experiences. We have wide flexibility in scheduling, and the workshop materials are all designed for virtual interaction.
Virtual Reality
We are the first in Australia to offer integrated, multi-participant leadership development, optionally coupled with psychometric assessments. Our VR simulations allow participants to observe themselves and each other in the act of “being themselves”, fostering a rich and impactful conversation about behaviour change. In addition, we are growing our VR program library to provide highly engaging individual learning experiences.
Collaborative Learning
Ideally suited to large cohorts (does your organisation need to roll out training to large groups?) Collaborative workshops provide a curated learning journey where each learner completes some self paced content, submits work assignments to share the implications of their learning to their specific job context, and promotes sharing across the cohorts. Regular virtual get-togethers (which can also be face to face, if that makes sense) ensure that learner questions are addressed and that content is being transferred.
